Safety razor
专利摘要:
1470386 Razors WILKINSON SWORD Ltd 1 May 1974 [15 May 1973] 23114/73 Heading B4B A shaving unit comprises a support member 12 having at least one razor blade 10 secured thereto and provided with a guard surface 12a for the cutting edge 10a of the blade wherein adjustment means 15 are provided by which the user can adjust the effective shaving angle, i.e. the angle which the bisector of the facet of the cutting edge makes with a line which is tangential to the guard surface and the tip of the cutting edge. The blade 10 together with a second blade 11 separated by a spacer 14, are secured by a cap 13 to a platform defined by a pair of tongues 12c formed integrally with the support member 12. A slider member 15 is mounted on the shaving unit and is formed with a pair of lugs 15a having inclined surfaces 15al. The inclined surfaces are adapted to co-operate with cam surfaces 12d formed on the support member such that, when the slider is moved, the blades together with the cap are pivoted due to the resilience of the tongues 12c thus varying the effective shaving angle. A key (13c), Fig. 8 (not shown), co-operates with one or other of five notches 15c in the slider in order to lock the slider in its selected position indicated by a pointer (15e), Fig. 1 (not shown) and marks (13d). 公开号:SU944493A3 申请号:SU742026034 申请日:1974-05-14 公开日:1982-07-15 发明作者:Джон Худ Кристофер 申请人:Вилкинсон Сорд Лимитед (Фирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
(St) SAFE SHAVE J This invention relates to razors and relates to the improvement of a safety razor. A known safety razor comprising at least one blade, a blade holder with a safety comb and blade supports with which the lid is connected, and means for. change the angle of inclination of the cutting edge of the blade relative to the safety ridge, made in the form of a screw pair, bending the blade against the plane by pressing it with the lid and thereby changing the angle of inclination of the cutting edge tl. However, the deformation of the blade of a known razor during operation with long-term use makes it difficult for the user to use a safety razor. The purpose of the invention is to improve ease of use by eliminating blade deformation. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a safety razor the blade supports are flexibly connected to the blade holder, and on the latter there are cam surfaces, and the means for changing the angle of inclination of the cutting edge of the blade relative to the safety ridge is made in the form of a slide with legs located between the lid 10 and cam surfaces and contact surfaces. Offered razor design . allows to bend supports with blade or group of blades on the safety ridge, which eliminates the deformation of the blades, but provides adjustment of the cutting angle.
权利要求:
Claims (1) [1] FIG. 1 depicts the proposed Pritva (without a handle), a perspective view; in FIG. 2 - the same, front view; in fig. 3 - the same, Hades above; in fig. - the same, rear view; in fig. 5 - view of the cam surface under the slider; on league. 6 is a view of the component parts prior to their assembly into the block according to FIG. one; in fig 7 3; in fig. 8 is a cross-section A-L in FIG. section bb in fig. 3; in fig. 9 is a section A-A in FIG. 3, the other extreme position of the slider (as viewed from the back of the razor), The structure of the razor is examined with an example with two blades. The safety shaver contains two blades 1 and 2, a blade holder 3, a top cover C, a spacer 5 and a slider 6. The blade holder has a safety comb 7 and a direction | 8 under the handle is not shown in the drawings. Blade holder supports 9 dl. blades, flexibly bound to it for cnei of a resilient polymeric material. On the supports 9, slots 10 are provided to facilitate the removal of shaved hair extending between blades 1 and 2 and through the holes 11 in the spacer part 5. Parts 1-5 are assembled as shown in FIG. 6. Blade 1 is placed on supports 9 with spacer 5 with blade 2 and on top of the blade is closed with cover k. On the inner surface of the slider 6 there are two tabs 12 (FIG. 5) located along the edges, between which a recess 13 is located. In the upper plane of the recess 13 there are five retainer channels 14, and the lower plane 15 is inclined. On the lower part of the blade holder 3, there are two cam surfaces 16, which are arranged so that they engage with the lower plane 17 of the legs 12, respectively. The projections 18 and 19, which are made on the blade holder 3 and the cover +, enter the recess 13; 6 is held in position as a result of the engagement of the notch 20 (Fig. 7) on each leg 12 with the back surface of the groove 21 formed under the lid k, the Key 22 (Fig. 8), located in the center of the protrusion 19, enters into one of the fixation channels } C and provides five fixed positions The slider 6, which correspond to five positions of the pointer 23 with respect to five marks on the cover A. When assembling the blade holder, four pins 25 of the cover C pass through the grooves 2G in the blade 2, the holes 27 of the spacer 5, the grooves 28 in the blade | This and the version 29 in the supports 9. After this, the KN14Y pins 25 are connected tightly, for example by riveting, to fix the position of all the parts (Fig. 6 and 9). The design of the razor makes it possible to vary the angle of inclination of the cutting edges 30 and 31, respectively, of the blades 1 and 2 relative to the safety ridge 7, i.e. vary the angle of inclination of the cutting edges formed by lines 32 and 33. Adjustment of the angle of inclination of the cutting edges 30 and 31 of the blades 1 and 2 is as follows. Moving the slider 6 from the leftmost position (Fig. 6) causes the legs 12 to raise the cam surfaces 16, whereby the lid k tilts, and this causes 3ja to turn the blades 1 and 2 and the spacer 5 from {relative safety rattle-, 7 as supports 9 are flexibly connected to the blade holder. Accordingly, when the slider 6 is moved to the leftmost position, the blades 1 and 2 have an orientation opposite to that shown in FIG. 9. Rotating blades 1 and 2 changes the effective shaving angle, i.e. angle of inclination of the cutting edges (Fig. 7). Claims An inventive safety razor comprising at least one blade, a blade holder with a safety ridge and blade supports with which the cover is loose, and means for changing the angle of the cutting edge of the blade with respect to the safety ridge, characterized in that for use, the blade supports are t-ibko connected to the blade holder, and on the latter are cam surfaces, with the means for changing the angle of inclination of the cutting edge of the blade relative to the fuse The crest is made in the form of a slider with legs located between the cover and the cam surfaces and in contact with them.
